Or, as they say on the wingnut blogs, “looks photoshopped.”
Dang! Pulled over for trolling without a license.
It’s not Photoshop; It’s PowerBoost in both directions. It peters down to 8/768 on a large download, but normal web pages go by so fast I can barely read the content.
But if we actually use that speed, I’ll wake up some morning to hear, “Hey, the internet’s broken! Did you do something crazy again?”
“normal web pages go by so fast I can barely read the content”
Comcast should market this as a feature. There are many web sites that can be vastly improved by the content going by so fast they cannot be fully read.
But then there are some sites with a “content volume” that could still be read over a 28.8 modem. Like this one.
[that’s my passive-aggressive response to your high speed troll]
“But then there are some sites with a “content volume†that could still be read over a 28.8 modem. Like this one.”
Touche, but after moving the site to LA and then back to Pittsburgh again, I’m pretty much all tuckered out. Add in successfully transfering the database back and forth on the command line, and I probably deserve a 4 month hiatus from having to serve up new content. At least we haven’t turned into one-a-those dark hollows.
Troll detected.
